Terms of use
Last updated: 4 November 2026
These terms cover scramline.com and the Scramline game you play in your browser there. The site and the game are run by Halfsky Publishing. By using them you agree to these terms.
The game
Scramline is free to play, with no account. It is paid for by ads. Halfsky Publishing may change the game, or stop running it, at any time.
Ads
The game shows ads from Google AdSense, in a strip at the bottom of the game and in short breaks between levels. How the ads and your consent work is explained in the privacy policy.
Your saves
Your progress and settings live in your browser, on your device. They can be lost: clearing the site’s data deletes them, and a new version of the game may clear them. There is no cloud save and we cannot restore them.
Fair use
Play for fun. Do not interfere with the site or its ads. Do not automate play or clicks, do not click ads to benefit from them, and do not try to break or overload the site.
Ownership
The game’s content, including its name, code, art, sound and text, belongs to Halfsky Publishing. You may play it for your own enjoyment.
No warranty
The game is provided as it is, with no promise that it will always work or be free of errors. As far as the law allows, Halfsky Publishing is not liable for any loss from using it. Your rights as a consumer are not affected.
Changes
If these terms change, this page will be updated, with a new date at the top.
